About the Author

Mohsen Rezaei is a story writer, poet, playwright and screen writer; holds a bachelor's and master's degree in dramatic literature from Tehran University of Art. His first book, A  Thousand Pieces, was a poem collection published by Behnegar in Iran in 2011. The Violet Needle was first published by Neshaneh in Iran in 2017. He has written several plays, screenplays and scripts. His most recent screenplay is The Tortoise and the Snail (2021).
